Hocking College and the Ohio State Extension hosted the "Field to Table" Venison Workshop Saturday morning in the Natural Resources Building.

Vickie Mountz, Wild Ohio host, presented a seminar on cooking venison and several different seminars were held on how to cut up venison.  Other seminar topics included deer management, wildlife identification, recreational GPS usage, forestry management and tree identification.
