90% Performs primarily interior building custodial tasks: Empty trash, dust, clean chalkboards, sweep carpets, clean windows and light fixtures, assist mop/wax/ strip tile floors, replace light bulbs, wash walls, clean water fountains, vacuum furniture, wash mirrors, empty pencil sharpeners, clean elevator, wash/sweep/replace floor mats, sweep/ wash stairs.
